While the Topless Sandals are a novelty item and fun to wear in warm weather to many places, they are designed for casual use and there are circumstances where they should not be worn. We do not recommend them to be worn to Six Flags for walking all day on the hot asphalt or when fishing in areas where sticks or brush could injure your foot. Any place that a flip flop should not be worn will also apply to the Topless Sandal. Walking in puddles of water is also not recommended.

It is impossible to keep the Topless Sandals looking beautiful. Once they have been worn for some time, they will start to show wear and the glue will even bead up in places around the big toe, heel and ball of the foot. While it may be normal for a few areas to have the glue missing after some wear, it should not affect the adhesive ability of the Topless Sandal. The shoes do come with a one year REPLACEMENT guarantee. The warranty is for the adhesive on the shoe and it does not cover problems some may experience with excessive perspiration or humidity of the air. If this is a problem, we do recommend cleaning the shoe and feet with alcohol.

While we allow you to pick the size and color of the shoe, we can't guaranteed a certain pattern because they are constantly changing and it is impossible to list every Topless Sandal pattern we have available. When stock level changes, we can even have difficulty providing the color you chose. We will try our best to at least have the color you chose on the shoe, but it may not always be the dominant color. Providing us with a 2nd and 3rd choice would be great! If we do not get an email with your 2nd or 3rd choice, we reserve the right to substitute with another color.

SHIPPING

Products are shipped same day if the order is received early enough and no later than next day unless we do not have the color you requested. We will try to contact you about a second and third choice. If you would provide to us in an email a second and third choice, it might speed shipping for us. If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted with an option to cancel the order if necessary. Items are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail depending upon the weight. Delivery time is usually around 3-5 business days. There is a flat rate shipping charge of $3.50 regardless of your order size within the Continental US.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

All returns and exchanges of merchandise need to be unused and in the original packaging. Actual shipping can many times cost more than what is charged, so if an item is returned, the refund would be less the actual shipping and insurance cost, not the charged amount of $3.50. You would also be responsible for safely shipping the product back to us. All returns must have an RA# on the outside of the package, so please call for this before shipping back a product. Any package returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and no refund given. Exchanges can be made for a different color or size, but are subject to availability. The merchandise must be unopened an in resalable condition. An RA# is necessary for exchanges too. You have 30 days after your order date to exchange or return an item.

If there is a defect in the Topless Sandal or damage that occurred in shipping, please save the packaging materials along with the product and contact us immediately for a replacement. We will send a prepaid postage label for your shoes to be returned.
